Main responsibilities
Position-holder is responsible to:
• carry out planned maintenance/training;
• supervise and maintain “Helpdesk Tickets” in GTMS (Global Ticket Management System).
• registration of IT defects/problems in GTMS;
• performance and/or assistance in IT pre-studies;
• guarantee updated hard- and software;
• give first and second line assistance and user training;
• give proposals
